You know, an experiment I would like to see is setting 1300 players loose on a 16sq mile expanse of an open world game. The rules and environment would closely mirror skyrim's in the way that there are laws in npc communities, but they can react to stimulus such as forming militias to fight back when the shit really hits the fan. Also allowing for a good destruction engine.
How quickly do you think will every NPC citizen inhabitant would be killed? How much time would structures have before they were inevitably burned or otherwise destroyed? Lacking the ability to build anything, how would those players exist within the world after they turn against each other?
Food for thought. Or at least fun as hell to imagine.

Is this game going to have proper cutscenes, like the witcher 2 or something? It would be so awesome so somehow have the gameplay trailer incorporated into the game! And many more like that!!

He's doing Bleak Falls Barrow.
I believe he's in the dungeon that been shown over and over in the past official videos.
You can follow omck stream for the time being. He's playing the bleak barrows fall quest that they've demonstrated a million times

The rest of the story is told from the perspective of the narrator and plays out like a movie. Also a king was bad at path finding and fell off a high walkway, plummeting into the mists below.

I believe there's a desktop countdown widget where you can just put in the infos and have a countdown right on your desktop
Oddly, the site still says 9 days and 3 hours for me
