From what I've seen you're informed that you're dragonborn fairly early in the main quest, so if you plan on being some dirty peasant you can probably ignore it altogether.
Which is great because in Oblivion they pretty much shoved the most important relic in the empire in your inventory before you even got the chance to get out of the tutorial.

Well shit I misread your post, the thing is I just like giving shit to random strangers sometimes, but seeing as you will eventually have the money unlike others less fortunate I feel like it should go to someone else.
I want to give it to someone who can't afford it and won't be able to for a good long time/won't ever be able to get it AND has the right kind of hardware in their PC so it won't go to waste.
It's a unpayed "reservation" pre-order at Game.
But as I don't have any money for it, they'll remove it after a week after the release.

Their pickup policy for games like this is around 48 hours(assuming you mean't gamestop since you capitalized 'game'), not a week. So your story isn't exactly checking out, not to be an asshole, I just want to make sure someone nice gets it.

Well, in skyrim they tried to make it better by instead of 59.99 dollars = 59.99 euros it is 49.99 euros. But even then it's still about 10 dollars more.

Depending on what game and the demand for it, a week early or so. Sonic Generations was like 2 days before release. Dead Island was a whole week along with Deus Ex. So i'm gonna assume this weekend/monday.

So Im new to this thread and I am super physced for the release of Skyrim but... I'm not sure what race or class I should start out with, In most of the Elder Scrolls, I am fine with ANY race or class. I'm really just wondering if they will have those questions at the beginning that will give you different traits based off of your answers. (like in Fallout 3 with the G.O.A.T)

I watched the gameplay videos and what I noticed so far is
1) After shouting there is no refill bar, so how do you know when it recharges?
2) Can you hotkey items from your inventory on PC or does no one know?
3) What's with children? Are they immortal too?
4) Can you have pets like a dog or maybe a bear? Since you can summon minions, I guess it would make sense to be able to get pets?
5) Can you find dragons on purpose or are they purely accidental and you won't be able to collect their souls until one randomly spawns?
6) Is the PC ui the same as on consoles? Because it feels really consolized and won't be the best kind of UI to have on a pc.
Just found out today that I'm off next Thursday and Friday, joy.
