Weight rebalance basically makes all foods 0.1 or so with weight, same with money (about 0.001 per caps/gold). You can't carry around infinite amounts of gold and arrows/bullets any more, same with food. You now have to really think deeper into what items you have in your inventory.
I like weight rebalance in food items / ammo because it makes you really think about what you have and forces harder gameplay. It also forces me to think about survival more.
I just really like turning FNV into a survival game, just makes it funner for me really. Most people though, would be annoyed to all hell by it, but the point is raising difficulty, so I can play the game for longer and think about the smaller actions.
It an also make fights wear you down more. Everyone should try it, it can sometimes make you think very differently on how to play.
Also, I sometimes enjoy mods that make you bleed out, or make items more rare, so you have to stock up before a fight, and can't simply go around destroying anyone at any moment. I usually play FNV with a sniper and sneak around a whole ton, or get around things without combat. I wanted to try it with a fresh game, the rebalance that is, so I could really be forced to make smaller decisions with the bigger ones.

I think I'm going to cry. A friend gifted me this along with 2 games for an unusual hat in tf2, today, they were revoked.
Anywhere where I can pre-order in the UK with release day shipping by any chance? PC version obviously, I know amazon do it but they don't charge your account until the day before shipping and I need it to be charged pretty much as soon as I order.

On the website I see the best option being "2 Business Days" and I'd rather not risk it, I might just withdraw £35 and pre-order it from game and run down on release day and pick it up, atleast then I know for

"There's no possible way he could've gotten a copy, he's not a reviewer, nor is there a leaked PC version." - But he was playing it, I saw him, honest!
"There's no working 360 emulator either." - Yes there is! I use one all the time.
So I stopped talking to him and he went on and mentioned that the kid's dad works at a high up company. Four high up companies, to be exact. And they told him that it was okay to leak the game early. On the computer. A week before release.
Because that's okay.
