5 days 13 hours left hnngh
5 days 3 hours left hnngh
So I'm guessing steam is doing localised releases? Mine says 5 days and 3 hours, which is close to midnight on the 11th for me
Yeh they are localised.
Are there any good streams up right now?
These lets plays are hilarious http://www.gameanyone.com/video/358978
http://www.gameanyone.com/video/359061 @ 8:08: Found it frustratingly funny how he could be that oblivious to the Dragon being there. Pretty sure it was also around before that as well, but at this point to not notice it.. :v: @ 16:45: I see ye old "standing while sleeping" bug is still around eh.
I didn't say that skyrim wasn't better, why bring that up? Edit:
24GB of RAM? God I feel so poor now.
24GB of RAM? God I feel so poor now.
Or more to the point: What's the point
24GB of RAM? God I feel so poor now.
Nobody will ever need 24GB if not in computational sciences. I even have hard times to hit 4GB with unstable Firefox Alphas and RAM hungry games running in the background.
Shows up as 5 days and 3 hours to me.
I can't believe I'm going to have to wait until Christmas to play Skyrim :suicide:
Nobody will ever need 24GB
don't say that, it will probably come in handy in the future
"640K is more memory than anyone will ever need." [editline]5th November 2011[/editline] Wait, apparently he never said that. He did say this in a reply to not saying that: "I've said some stupid things and some wrong things, but not that. No one involved in computers would ever say that a certain amount of memory is enough for all time."
What the fuck are you doing
4D Interactive Hologram Porn.
4D Interactive Hologram Porn.
Where do I sign?! :v:
Pre-ordered it last night :3
I had one of those dreams where for the first few seconds after awakening you don't think it was a dream, I dreamt I had been down to the shop to buy Skyrim! When I woke up I actually felt disappointed because I realised I'd be bored all day.
Anyone got some 1920x1080 wallpapers of the concept art from the recent video?
Nobody will ever need 24GB if not in computational sciences.
Just like how people in the 60s thought that having your own computer would be pretty damn stupid?
Shit grapfics from 2k5
Just like how people in the 60s thought that having your own computer would be pretty damn stupid?
I am talking of today, what we need right now, the next 12 months. Nobody will ever need 24GB if just a gamer or an average Joe doing his notice of income tax assessment. Even professional overclockers. I am not talking about what we need in 50 years like your did, comparing 60s to 2011.
Shit grapfics from 2k5
HAHAHHA FUNNIEST GUY IN WORLD HERE!
Nobody will ever need 24GB if not in computational sciences. I even have hard times to hit 4GB with unstable Firefox Alphas and RAM hungry games running in the background.
Unless he is doing 3d/video rendering. In which case 24gb is ok. If on the other hand he is not doing that, his pc is overkill and I ask "why" too. But hey, he can launch many games without having to dump them into pagefile. yeah I'm assuming the guy has a server comp or works in an industry where huge ram is a plus (also looks like he has a tri-screen set up, which wouldn't make sense for a server too much) So i'm gonna make the assumption that he probably works with physical simulations of some kind, possibly 3D graphic work (extremely detailed scenes require a fuck load of ram, not even kidding) correct me if i'm wrong

Tri-screen is used by many visual artists.
Since when a lot of ram mattered for pro overclockers? That's something new.
I said they don't, even if they run benchmarks like Futuremarks 3Dmark.
don't say that, it will probably come in handy in the future
By the time 24gb is considered average DDR 4/5 will already be on the market and you'll be stuck with outdated RAM.
why are you ladies even questioning Mr. 24 ram man.
why are you ladies even questioning Mr. 24 ram man.
People care too much about what strangers spend their money on.
People care too much about what strangers spend their money on.
Like this post said. I can see you guys are jelly for his 24 gigs of ram. We know, you can stop questioning it now. Why are they so jelly?
any livestream?
:( turns out I've gotta pay a fine with the money I got the other day, which fucking sucks. No skyrim for a few months for me lads, hf
