So in preparation for skyrim, I've:
1. Defragged my hard drive
2. Used CC cleaner
3. Ran a variety of virus scans
4. Updated my drivers
5. Dusted out my computer

For my preparation i did:
Upgraded ram
Added more GBs to my windows 7 partition from windows xp
