We haven't seen any PC footage except for that 2:50 long trailer, and I still know that Crysis looks better than Skyrim in terms of model detail and texture resolution.

Why is it so important to make people see things like you and some other people see them? If other people see the game as a steaming pile of shit that doesn't mean that everyone need to see it like that.
If I think the world is flat, it's flat. Not to you, but to me it is and that's all that matters. I don't care if you think Skyrim looks like a combination of piss and shit compared to Crysis or BF3, because as long as it looks ok in my eyes I'm cool with it.
the character interaction and animation reminds me of old mmos. people standing around, turning their heads towards you when you come up to them. no transitions between animations, when they attack you they just dance and float around you with their angry faces, swinging their weapons at you.
the pc version has better textures at best.
Everybody is fighting about the fucking graphics? It's simple... If you are not satisfied with the game then don't get it.
Graphics don't make the game what it is.
If skyrim looked like fallout 3 i would still get it.

The graphics are fine except for the NPC's
It's just all those shitty little glitches Beth left in that make it look it's still on fuckin gamebryo and you should think "Gee I don't think Bethesda are putting in the effort this game is worth"

The little glitches are what makes the game fun for me.
They always fixed the most fucked up glitches in the games.

I don't kid myself into believing that Bethesda will ever become competent in the animation department. Then again, I'd be satisfied even if the graphics weren't improved over Oblivion, I just want a new Elder Scrolls game.
There is one thing that really pisses me off about this game. They kept that shitty blur effect from F3 and F:NV when something 'cinematic' happens. It looks like piss all over the sides of the screen, it didn't work for F3 and NV, why the fuck are they introducing it into a new engine.

whilst the glitches and bugs provide amusement and humour, it just proves that the developers are bad at what they do and incapable of creating a solid game.

Because it's not a "new" engine.
I still really don't get why are they using gamebryo anyway, it's a completely terrible engine in every way and it will be terrible no matter what you do with it. Bethesda just need to throw it away and get some brand new engine that isn't complete shit.

Blur effect can be altered, doesn't matter if the engine is new or not, it's a shader code that they just decided to keep the same rather than alter or remove (or just flat out make a new one), nothing to do with the engine you twat
I dont really give a shit abaut animations or grapics as long as i can have fun running araund bashing pepole in the face whit warhammers and stuff.

he was implying that it makes no difference, crysis was beautiful, sure, but it lacked character in that it was trying to be super photo realistic looking. Skyrim is the opposite. it doesn't try to be photo realistic, it tries to have it's own art style.
As I always say: Bethesda always makes great games, but they never make good games.
