I'm not convinced they ever had "Radiant" Radiant AI in Oblivion, tbh, with all that emergent behavior. The E3 demos stunk to all hell, and ultimately the TESCS made AI behaviors and how they were done - eating, sleeping - conditional but ultimately explicit.

There's a mod to do that on Oblivion so it'll no doubt happen for Skyrim as well.

cool so those npc that do their jobs and shit have nothing to do with the AI engine, which just happens to be called radiant ai.
I agree with you though about it not being very "radiant", but this radiant discussion is going nowhere

Dunmer look fucking evil! I love how each race actually looks really different, in Oblivion a High elf just looked like a normal person just a lot taller and with a different tone of skin, more yellow.
All of the elf races in Skyrim seem to have weird shaped heads and a pointy bone structure in the face. I like it. The orcs and argonians look bad ass.
