Unfortunately I'm beginning to think they do not exist as bandwidth costs there are extremely high. I'm going to try to set one up with a friend who lives there (sorry you guys aren't invited) and unlock it that way, he said he'll let me do it if there's no download involved (his internet costs $1 per 1 GB of bandwidth and he doesn't have much money). I'm assuming that it would just take steam a few bytes to get the go ahead to start decrypting so shouldn't be a problem. Even if it is i'll just gift him a game down the road

Also I FINALLY GOT AN INVITE TO THE OLD REPUBLIC BETA (been signed up for the beta tests since day 1 and over time my interest in the game has gone to 0 since more news has come out but a free trial is still a free trial) and the invite is for the 11th to the 13th, sorry EA you're too late.

I remember reading in various places that the game is only around 6-8gb, so that's fairly feasible for compressed data I guess.

8mbps down/0.8mbps up; the plan I'm on is for 20mbps down and 8mbps up but the lines round here suck (it'd cost the same to get an 8mbps plan anyway)

Could be your connection (or maybe that you started late-ish so you have lower priority). I've been getting over 1 MB/s on Boston since I started

Shouts are spells with a cooldown instead of magicka drain. Like a greater power, sort of.
