Okay some weird news and i'm not sure what to make of it. Some guy on the bethesda official forums said that you cannot kill traders and shop keepers, they will fall to their feet and just get back up but you cannot kill them? maybe he played at an event where they purposely disabled you from killing shop keepers and traders?

I wouldn't take some random guys word for anything about this game. You'll just have to find out how it works for yourself in a couple days.

Also, it could have just been a special character that relates to an important quest perhaps, like the ones in Oblivion that could be knocked out but not killed.

Well for immersion reasons i don't really want to have to test out killing traders and loading back just to find out

That's usually what I do, but I'm planning on doing a second playthrough as an actual series. I want to enjoy absolutely everything the first time through, then focus on the main quest in the videos I'll be putting out.

I think if I were to do all the sidequests, it would get a little long.

I only found out about them last week! I went there in person and got Battlefield 3 for 57 bucks Apparently it's 10 bucks less for everything if you're a member. Getting Saints Row there.
