Don't forget, Team Fortress 2 is still running off of Source, which is still just a super heavily modified Quake Engine. The entire Modern Warfare series is off a heavily modified Quake III engine. Same engine doesn't mean anything, really. It makes a whole lot more sense to revamp, improve and tweak a current engine than to build another one from the ground up - that includes fiscally too.
To me it looks like a brand new engine

Went to the mediamarkt about an hour ago and saw Skyrim in the shelves so I just bought it. Received the map and the special steel-ish case without any extra costs.
So I get it unlocked early if I access my Steam using Aus IP?
Maybe I'll get a response from Support today or tomorrow and get my revoked Skyrim back.

Depending on the servers and time it takes to decrypt, you could look at anywhere from a 2-5 minute wait to a half hour. (The real nightmare is if it does that, and then you get the dreaded '[b]This game is not available at this time.[/b]' pop-up from the servers being bogged.)
