Torches definitely exist and light spells probably do, it's just that the people playing the game are a bit dumb.

There's a video of a guy casting a lighting spell and, I think, the spell sticks to the wall. Or maybe it was just showing how it moved through the cave and lit it up, or something.

If you do a sneak attack, is it the same "walk up and hit in back and it does more damage cause it's a surprise," or are there actual animations or some other effect?

That turned me off of sneaking/thieves/rogues in Oblivion. I saw no point. I just ran up with the warrior stats and killed them, rather than sneaking to do one big attack and then dying cause I have to fight them with a knife.

Waaaait a second, I recall hearing that arrows are supposed to be rarer and heavy, yet every gameplay video so far showed 0-weight arrows.
