I have a Mac Pro with bootcamped Windows 7 Ultimate. It will run quite smoothly on medium graphics. I will though buy the game for my PS3. yeah I know I suck, but my ancient gaming PC is even worse than my Mac Pro

Eastern Australia is GMT+10, Japan is GMT+9. But who knows it may unlock at the same time since all of Australia is unlocking together, over 3 time zones.

I hope there's a mod that removes limited weapon charges. That was one of my least favorite things about Oblivion; the whole "Game over, please insert soulgem to continue" really took away from the feeling of finding some powerful artifact."
