If I have two computers can I install Skyrim on both with the CD or do I have to use a steam account?

I'm pretty sure Skyrim requires Steam to play, so
You can use Steam on both computers just not at the same time.

Yeah, I mean honestly I can wait 15 hours and I cant imagine anybody so hyped for the game they have to try and bypass the release time. Still checking my email for my INTkeys key though. Hopefully they dont fuck up, because I'm poe

EA didn't ban people when they used Korean VPNs to unlock BF3 early, so I'm fairly doubtful that Valve'd do it here.

My disk came early but I can't install off it till launch day. Downloading the preload and decypting it on the day probably going to be faster than installing off a disk on launch.

Well EA employees tweeted to customers confirming it was ok to use a Korean VPN, Valve however, has not.
