I don't like that release strategy either. IMO the only legitimate reason for delaying physical copies of a game by region is if the translation isn't done, but the digital should still be released.

Don't buy your key from CJS. I paid for a Battlefield 3 key for my brother and I never got it.

I pre-ordered Far Cry 2 off of Newegg, turned out they'd get it a week after the release date. Canceled it, got it from some other place that I don't remember.
I love Newegg and all but I'm never going to pre-order a game from there again. :v:
