JUST GOT SKYRIM DISC AND MAP. HNNNG. But what the fuck. Steam - Sure you can preload, but you CAN'T install it from disc. Lame. Any workaround?

Confirmed, if you install the game on your HDD it will have lower graphics then playing from the dvd. (360) dont know why, google it for more info.

If your game is crashing on startup, go to your sound properties>Advanced> change to CD quality

... you cant kill random people? i just hit someone til they had no more life and all they did was kneel on the ground and then they stood back up with full health. tried this with multiple friendlies, cant kill any friendlies. only enemies. stupid part is that they continue to attack you and you cant kill them.
