If you plan on using a lot of mods, or upgrading that GPU soon, then I'd get it for PC. If you don't really use mods, then I'd get it for PS3.

Are you running on an ATI card? go into CCC and set the settings to high quality, I had the same thing with Portal 2.

Couple questions since I haven't been following this thread much at all.

1) With the VPN thing, if I decode the game early, can I go back to online mode later to play other games or am I stuck in offline mode until it decodes in my timezone?

2) Is Skyrim like Oblivion in that you have to do everything perfectly to reasonably max out your character? The whole spending 60 hours to make sure level-ups were good thing killed Oblivion for me D:

You need to go to online mode after decoding if you want to play another game, BUT you won't be able to return to skyrim if you do.

I thought that as long as you used a VPN to activate it over steam in Russia, then played the game in offline mode from the TES5.EXE it works fine

Byt från Svenska servern. Jag laddade ner från Svenska servern då laddade jag ner i 90-100 kb/s. Ändrade till en Norsk nu laddar jag ner i 400kb-1mb.

Såhär byter du:

Arkvi -> Inställningar -> Nedladdningar + Cloud(flik) -> Nedladdningsområde
Ändra den till Danmark/Finland/Norge, något land som är nära så blir det bättre.

I didn't for me at first the textures where blurry, then I noticed in CCC I had the settings set to Performance and once setting them to high quality all was clear and I was happy.

Every time a new game releases I get paranoid that I can't run it, so I always check to see if I can on Can You Run It?. Well I did this, only to find that my computer wasn't meeting the recommended settings. I immediately started to pitch a fit, until I realized that I had ran the analysis on my laptop.

Then I ran it on my desktop and I found I could run it easy-peasy. Yessssss.

Now to go look for more quarters.
