I can stay up for a bit, then have a small sleep, and go to school fairly tired.

I can have a good nights sleep, then have all the energy I need to play it tomorrow.

Ok so I got the game but I'm having a few problems, when I look at someone talking, directly at them, I cannot hear anything they are sayin, the further I pan my view away or move away they get louder, this is really weird and annoying, any fixes?

Also how do I pick stuff up as in move it around

Depends, if you have exams then Skyrim can wait, if not then sure, why not.
I'd recommend not having a nap at all, it'll make you even more tired and sluggish due to not hitting REM sleep and therefore your body will force you back to sleep, so either get a good nights rest or don't sleep.
