I'd say it's stuttering because of game, I was looking at GPU usage and it doesn't go over 60% when it drops to 30. I'm running on High preset for fade distances though, not sure if that's a big hit over Ultra.

Is it just me or is this game optimized like shit? Everytime there's more than three characters on my screen the game drops shitloads of frames. It feels very similar to the problem most of the people had in New Vegas, that you could fix by getting some different directx dll and place it in the game folder.

Edit: Also the FOV is TERRIBLE. Hopefully you can change it in some .ini file.

It sometimes drops to 30, yeah, not sure about if it's the NPCs fault. It kinda feels like RAGEs "if less than 60, drop to 30" thingy tbh.

It's really the only complaint I have about the game so far, but it's a pretty big complaint
It's really difficult to enjoy the game when your viewmodel lags indoors and your mouse input is slowed, smoothed, and randomly lags and skips across the screen
Apart from that, the new rendering engine is fucking beautiful, the mapping, landscaping, and environmental effects really create a great scandinavian environment, and the spellcasting is fucking cool

Combat feels clunky but I've just been using the iron mace in the first level so I really can't judge yet :v:

I'm running everything highest except for AA at 2560.

They should have had SLI ready to go.

Is there a way to play it on a secondary monitor? I bought it for PC for the eventual modding. I have a 19' [B]square[/B] monitor that I use for my computer. It's flat screen, but is still kinda small. However, for my secondary monitor I use a 40' HD LCD and would really enjoy playing skyrim on it.....

Everything max with a 5750? I'm running it "ok" on medium with an overclocked 5770

God damn it, just went ALL the way to Tesco to find that they only have 1 copy of the game on PC, and someone else took it before us. So off to Asda, to be told "We don't sell PC games anymore", Then going to Blockbuster Games to be told "We're not doing a midnight launch", before finally going all the way to the other side of town to GAME for it to be shut. Oh well, always tommorow :(.
