I went into the skyrimpref.ini and turned off mouse acceleration and vsync. Now maybe this game wont play like ass
I was just now. All the features in FCOM should have been in the vanilla game, but Bethesda is a bunch of girly men who want to create a viking simulator and do nothing else. Not even add DX11 to their aging engine that still cannot compare to the engine featured in Crysis 1. Entirely in my opinion, but I'm sure most of you agree with me.
Yes let's waste time to code in a feature most people can't even support yet for the 1 percent that do have it
It doesn't feel like an Elderscrolls game, the same way that Harry Potter 6 didn't feel like a Harry Potter movie at all.
Except in terms of comparison, this is way better than Oblivion while Harry Potter 6 didn't feel as good as 5. Which was also not as good as 4.
god the graphics are so bad guys!!1 Seriously, the game autoconfigured me to low and I modified the .ini to be even lower, and it still looks awesome
What kind of setup are you running the game on? ...and can you give me those modified ini settings? My computer might not be able to run this game very well.
Q the favorites menu, when you have it opened, press the number to assign currently highlighted item to it.
Pressing Q does absolutely nothing, like literally nothing happens at all in any screen.
51% my dick is quivering in excitement
HOW DO YOU FULLSCREEN THE GAME PLEAS TELL MEEEEE
This isn't the first time it's been posted... OK people, to play on full screen go to documents/mygames/skyrim edit skyrimprefs.ini with notepad and change bFull Screen=1 iSize W=1920 iSize H=1080 Numbers vary for different resolutions, just type the max resolution of your monitor, the numbers above are for 1080p res. I hope this will be only temporary solution since we cant change anything else either, this will do for those who are not patient :
I went into the skyrimpref.ini and turned off mouse acceleration and vsync. Now maybe this game wont play like ass
aren't you the same morrowind fanboy that said skyrim would suck
Pressing Q does absolutely nothing, like literally nothing happens at all in any screen.
you have to add something to your favs first. go into your inventory and press f when selecting an item.
does anyone has some pictures at MAX?
Give me a minute. :D
aren't you the same morrowind fanboy that said skyrim would suck
yes, are you ready for my 1000 word essay when I finish this shitpile?
I went into the skyrimpref.ini and turned off mouse acceleration and vsync. Now maybe this game wont play like ass
What is vsync called in the ini?
Was traveling through the wood when I came to a waterfall running off a small cliff. I saw a robed figure standing on the edge and thought they were going to commit suicide. I approached them only to find [sp]Mai'q the Liar[/sp]. Manly tears were shed.
What kind of setup are you running the game on? ...and can you give me those modified ini settings? My computer might not be able to run this game very well.
Pentium 3 700 mhz 256 MB RAM Radeon 9600 128 MB AGP
This.. is.. amazing :D according to steam I've played 10 hours already.
What is vsync called in the ini?
iPresentInterval=0 If it's not there then add it under the Display section (you want it at 0 to turn it off fyi)
you have to add something to your favs first. go into your inventory and press f when selecting an item.
I've tried doing the following: - Holding F/Q when selecting an item - Holding F/Q and a number when selecting an item - Tapping F/Q when selecting an item
Can anyone tell me if I can run this game on max with atleast a constant 40 fps at 1980x1020? I have a GTX 470, Intel Core i5 760 @ 2.80GHz, and 4GBs of RAM
What kind of setup are you running the game on? ...and can you give me those modified ini settings? My computer might not be able to run this game very well.
The minimum specs basically AMD Athlon 5200+ 2.6 ghz dual core Nvidia 8800 GT 512 mb 2 gigs RAM Ive configured the games settings to mostly low, and cranked some stuff up (like self shadowing for trees) I changed the shadowmap resolution, but that's caused a few strange artifacts. AA is off
iPresentInterval=0 If it's not there then add it under the Display section (you want it at 0 to turn it off fyi)
Does it improve things? The mouse acceleration is ass but honestly if changing the config doesn't help I'll just wait for Bethesda to fix it.
I've tried doing the following: - Holding F/Q when selecting an item - Holding F/Q and a number when selecting an item - Tapping F/Q when selecting an item
you just scroll over it using wasd and press f to favorite. No clicking at the same time or holding it down. Are you out of the tutorial section?
Warning possible major quest spoilers/easteregg [sp]Did anyone else see a undead ghostly horsemen going down the path to whiterune from riverwood?[/sp]
anyone might know why i keep crashing after [sp] The dragon who lands on the tower pushes you off the block whit a shout?[/sp]
iPresentInterval=0 If it's not there then add it under the Display section (you want it at 0 to turn it off fyi)
Apparently this is helping for a lot of people, the game is still rounding my FPS to 30, 45 or 60 though. Is that just some retarded way of attempting to smooth gameplay to rounding to nearest multiple of 15?
yes, are you ready for my 1000 word essay when I finish this shitpile?
How has such an obvious troll not be banned yet
you just scroll over it using wasd and press f to favorite. No clicking at the same time or holding it down. Are you out of the tutorial section?
I tried that and it doesn't work. Also I am in the Companions town so yes
