30-40. If I jump over a lull in the terrain and some new models need to be loaded in, drops to around 25 for a second or two. But consistently 30-40.

How do you PROPERLY do the manual disable of VSYNC, and are there any other ways to kill this stupid mouse lag. Also, when I'm indoors, moving my mouse up and down makes my viewmodel skip awkwardly, rather than just go where my mouse points properly.

If you want to be sure and take some precautions make sure you have Steam Guard activated and just change your password. You should be good if you do that.

Equip it by going to magic, then press Z. But to activate the first dragon shout "Fus" you have to kill your first dragon.
