Wait wait wait... PC/Xbox? It won't be coming to PS3? I'm sorry? WHAT IS THIS MADNESS? WHERE ARE THE LEAD DEVS FOR THIS GAME SO I CAN RIP OUT THEIR THROATS AND FEED THEM TO ALDUIN?
Edit: Automerge...
http://elderscrolls.com/ If you look at the very bottom of this, the PS3 is still there, so I really have no idea what you're talking about.
I'd really love to have a giant as a companion, or somehow help them during the game, and in return they arrive and fuck shit up during some big battle or something.
The UI is pretty consolised, I know that we have only seen console footage of it, but I'm just hoping and praying that we'll be able to navigate menus by clicking/mouse movements rather than it being a horrible console port like most recent games and we'll have to use arrow keys.
And I still personally think the UI doesn't really fit. Maybe if the black was changed to a parchment (still with the low opacity of the current UI) it would look a whole lot better and stick to the fantasy theme.
Some thoughts:
The bandit at the start running backwards looked really bad
The UI looks nice but it doesn't seem very efficient to use with a mouse
The constellation gimmick is nice but I can see the novelty of it wearing off when you have to sift through it for the millionth time
I really love the map though.
I don't mind the UI, it looks good. Anything changed from Oblivion is better, I've got to say that Oblivion had the worst PC UI in the history of fucking ANYTHING.
I love the game mostly for the gameplay and the tactical/minimal GUI. The graphics look amazing, but it may cause my laptop to blow up, so I may have to buy this for ps3.

It looks nice, yes, but I'm more worried about the usability. Minimalism is only good if it doesn't get in the way of user comfort. Probably will have to mod it.
Also the dragons are just fucking stupid, and since they're sentient in TES it seems off. If you were a flying beast which can breathe fire / other elements, would you really land on the ground to bite people so they get a chance to swing at you with weapons?
Gonna have to mod that too.
I love how the people in the audience during the demo were saying shit like "Kill the dog!", "Rape!", and telling him to ride the horse off the cliff.
Just sat and watched the 40 minute video.
Words can't describe how much I am hyped for this game
Link to that video for the lazy?

It'd be pretty horrible for people who aren't archers/mages to kill them, otherwise. They have to make it fair for warriors and the like too.

Dragons need to eat too.
I was watching the footage again, and I noticed something odd

"Tell me about the rabbits again, george"
I wonder if vampires are affected by Detect Life. They were in Oblivion, but theoretically they're undead, right?

Makes sense. Dwemer ruins are back after all. Can't wait to fight some centurions. I love those guys.
I almost forgot about the Dwemer. Are they the same 'dwarves' that made dwarven weapons?

Yeah.
I hope there are prostitutes so I can become a bearded jack the ripper.
I love how the people in the video got excited at everything

WATER!!! :v:
Half way through the video.
I am out of jizz.
Are there any mods that add the Deep Ones somewhere in Hackdirt Caverns?
I love how the people in the video got excited at everything
you know your game's going to be good when people jizz over god damn water
Hah. Everytime they see something living the crowd shouts "KILL IT".
"No Im not going to kill the children"
WATER!!! :v:
that water WAS pretty awesome-looking though
Water for me doesn't look that amazing, just looks like a step up from the water in F3.

Especially when its as terrible looking as it is
Ah well i can allways get mods for that

That's just the xbox version, I wouldn't worry too much.

Considering the touch up to the water I've seen for Morrowind, I can only imagine the possibilities in Skyrim.
