Just as a warning for the PC players, don't hit the ESC key when binding keys in-game... I am now locked out of in-game menus due to this, and default didn't resolve the key being over written. I tried to look around for a keybinds config file, but no luck so far. 5 mins in and I broke Skyrim.
I believe that if the key already exists, they will swap. So if you were rebinding W and press ESC, pressing W will open the esc menu again. Just scroll back down to the bottom of controls, and rebind ESC to the menu.
Also, if you don't know already you can mine ore with a pickaxe...
How??
Really looking forward to a texture pack now :v:
how do you turn on dialogue
So... how do you drop things? It says to press R but that doesn't work, and shift+click doesn't work like in Oblivion...
How??
When you have a pickaxe in your inventory, press e on an ore vein.
Weird, once I started playing the official version I got worse FPS than I remember I hope they issue a performance patch, I max BF3 with higher framerate than this :v:
You can smelt ore with a smelter. One location for this is in Darkwater Crossing. [thumb]http://img28.imageshack.us/img28/2326/screenshot3xy.png[/thumb] You can mine ore with a pickaxe by first having a pickaxe in your inventory then finding a mining location (ore vein): [thumb]http://img824.imageshack.us/img824/4836/screenshot4ehr.png[/thumb] [editline]11th November 2011[/editline]
So... how do you drop things? This sound shit is super annoying.

Check it out, the infamous 'above water below water global illumination' bug returns once more.
I was under the impression that giants were nice until you hit them or whatever, seems they attack on sight if you're near em for like 5 seconds. Also it seems horses can climb any mountain :v: plus, flying horse. Do ore veins respawn?
You cannot sleep in an owned bed I OWN THE FUCKING HOUSE.
How do you fix the X/Y sensitivity? I've tried enabling/disabling VSync, enabling/disabling Mouse Acceleration and using Windows/Logitech mouse drivers and none of them work. It seems that Y sensitivity is directly correlated with current FPS; high FPS = like steering a bus at 300km/h and low FPS = pushing your cursor through glue Anybody know how to fix this?
I have to say, this game's visuals really amaze me. They looked good from screenshots but ingame and in motion it's just astounding, in my opinion.
I feel the power of my ancestors coursing through my veins. I hear them, calling to me. They tell me to go forth and honor my lineage. All shall know and fear my name. I am Cleatus McSlaughter.
Download faster, patch!
There's a patch?
Oh boy, hope it get's here when I'm done at work. My name shall be Audun Mattsson, and I'm a dragon effer, lumberjack, miner, chef and everything else you can do in skyrim.
Inside of your inventory, press R on the selected/highlighted item to drop it.
That doesn't work. I rebinded most of the keys, is there a specific action it's bound to?
So for some reason, Skyrim is set at a resolution of 1600x900 no matter what I do, and windowed. I have a regular resolution of 1280x1024. I've tried changing the resolution in game, I've even tried making it fullscreen, but it always reverts to that resolution in windowed mode. Does anyone have any ideas?
There's a patch?
Probably already downloaded by most people, I got a physical copy and installed through steam.
How it feels to dual wield spells in Skyrim.
Spells are AWESOME in this. Went Breton because spells are so awesome and melee combat still isn't that great. [editline]11th November 2011[/editline] Favoriting also doesn't work...
