I have an e6600, GTX 260, and 4GB ram, and I'm happy with the looks and performance actually

For some reason when it automatically detected "optimal" settings it thought 8x AA was a good idea though

Hand bugged below screen so when I fire the lighting comes form below the view.
Happens when you select sparks while the animations for drawing and other weapon is playing (Sword and axe worked for me). happened with hotkeys selection. Works every time too.

Aslo wow the steam in-game looks wierd in this game.

I think that only happens when you killed someone. Some relative sends mercenaries after you to avenge their death. This actually happened to me just as I entered Solitude for the first time, during the execution. Probably not the best idea on their part.

Curing Vampirism

Speak to him and he will tell you that, in order to perform the ritual, a black soul gem must be filled. To fill it, cast a Soul Trap spell on a human target and proceed to kill them. Once done, speak to Falion. He will ask you to meet him at dawn, not far from his house. Once there, he will perform the ritual and you will be cured of vampirism.[/sp]
