Anyone know how to fix the mouse stutter that seemingly only takes place indoors?
Whenever I move my mouse up or down indoors, the mouse skips, and in some places its REALLY irritating.

I hope they release fixes for all this soon.

I'm also getting an issue that lots of people had in New Vegas, where I get great FPS looking at huge amounts of scenery, but if I have NPC's in my field of view, my FPS drops by a lot.

Are there any fixes for these issues?
