I've found several trinkets that reduce the shout recharge by 10-20%

Do achievements disable if i use TOGGLEMENUS or TCF? Or is it like FONV where they reset after resetting that game session?

I'm having the same issue. Walking around certain cities drastically reduces my fps. I think it has something to do with draw distances.

Talk to the guy you purchased the house from. It will have a speech dialogue containing something about decorating your home.

I've encountered an odd glitch when I fight [sp]Paarthurnax, the dragon who teaches you that shout or someone on the mountain.[/sp] Whenever I finish killing him, he just sits there and waves his head around, then flies up with full hp. How do I talk to him?

I think you have to progress through some of the questline and become Hero (Thane?) of Whiterun.
One question.If i buy the game via cd key sellers(ru key) can i play the game without vpn?i know the game worth $60 but i cant manage that ATM.

I would not risk purchasing the game using a vpn because you could get your account banned. Although you [B]do not[/B] require a vpn to play the game now.

Usually you' have to start the game in a very odd way.
5) From now on if you want to play the game please go to: c:/Program Files/steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/TESV
You just need to double click on TESV and the game will launch with your normal IP.
Each time you want to play you just need to double click on TESV to run the game.
^ taken from the VPN Rus key for Skyrim on IntKeys.
Personally, i wouldn't risk it.

You don't have to use VPN anymore. The only reason we used VPN was to get the game early by using different timezones. Since it is released already you do not require a VPN.

Yeah the Smith's father, the man who I bought the house from who is usually on the glorified deck they have out in the back. He's not giving it up.
