They said that they would be releasing a full HD version of the showing sometime soon near the beginning of the presentation. I think you're gonna have to wait for that If you want the synced audio.

You know, for all the shitty writing that Oblivion had, it probably had some of the funniest dialogue I've heard in a long time from an RPG, both intentionally and unintentionally.
Also, Sheogorath made up for all of the bad writing in Oblivion in my eyes.

I always save before I leave the sewers, the only problem is you lose whatever levels you achieved during the sewers if you reset your stats.

This is a good mod for Oblivion for skipping the tutorial/sewers at the start of the game. I've used it for a while with no issues.
