yeah I think this is pretty much the best fantasy game ever released.
Where can you buy new spells? My current shitty novice flamethrower and lighting barely does anything.
wtf, trying to kill a dragon, killed him twice but when he's on zero health he just stands there then gets full health again.
Where can you buy new spells? They'll sell spells to you, also some merchants carry spells. I got mine from windhelm, but the mage at whiterun that you've probably already talked to will sell you spells too also, if you don't know what a Jarl is; which was kinda vague to me at first, basically the king looking guy that sits on the throne in the castles edit: on that note, is there any way to upgrade spells (other than the perk "augmentation" method)? I thought the reason they simplified the majority of the spells into just one version was so that instead of having like 20 of similar spells in your list you just had one of one type that you upgraded
Anyone got the issue I sometimes get, unable to leave conversations with tab? Annoying.
Anyone got the issue I sometimes get, unable to leave conversations with tab? Annoying.
yeah small issues like that here and there, but generally not too bad for me considering my experience with bethesda games
Has anyone found the trainer for smithing yet? I can't seem to find one.
Happily going about my business, walking across the tundra to help the Blackwood Mercenaries rob a ship when suddenly random dragon attacks. I run to a bandit camp that I had just cleared out and as I am readying myself a mudcrab walks in all 'snippy snippy'. Mudcrabs have no sense of occasion.
Has anyone found the trainer for smithing yet? I can't seem to find one.
any of the black smiths can train you i think, but the one in riften will definitely train you (just talked to him a moment ago)
okay just realized what I was doing wrong, lmao. Wasn't even meant to kill it.
I had the worst luck earlier, a dragon started attacking me, then I ran into 2 mages having a battle (which then decided to side against me), and then out of nowhere a mother fucking bear
I'm level 8 and I'm still using flames and spark. Nothing can survive the crossed streams!
Well I guess I'll have to [sp]pirate[/sp] it until the store have skyrim again
Play first buy later? Where did you try to buy? The Software Boutique? I'm still waiting for it when it will be included in Quakecon 2012 pack.
I'm level 8 and I'm still using flames and spark. Nothing can survive the crossed streams!
they're decent spells against low level enemies (Which are really common, really) But they suck against the higher level ones. I really need to find out if you can/how to upgrade them, cuz I actually love the stream style of spell
Just spent the last 30 minutes fighting my way out of the mines in Markath. It was a jail sentence and holy fuck did I rage when it all happened: I accidentally Stole a bottle of wine that was randomly placed near the temple or whatever. I walked up to the guard to clear my 1 bounty and I accidentally clicked on going to jail. Fuck's sake. [editline]12th November 2011[/editline]
Well I guess I'll have to [sp]pirate[/sp] it until the store have skyrim again
Eyy don't worry buddy. I did that too while I'm waiting for my preorder to arrive. Takes a couple days for them to send it + weekend so I couldn't wait that long :v:
One more thing can you still fight dragons after finishing the main quest.
yes, [sp]after you defeat alduin, several dragons decide to ally with you but the rest remain hostile[/sp]
so what, can't you just serve time like in oblivion? havn't been arrested yet but just wondering
Yeah you can but you lose some progress on some skills or something and I was NOT in the mood to be some low mining trash :v:
oh also, tgm in the console will give you instant recharge on dragon shouts; so much fun to dick around with in towns and buildings, especially when using the fus roh dah. But other than that occasional dicking around, playing the game without cheats; only once had to use the noclip cheat because I got stuck between a waterfall and a rock; not even the sprint shout could get me out...
So found a Snow Troll in my way. Not only would it normally take about 100 hits for me to kill him (while it takes 3 for him to kill me), but he also regenerates faster than I can damage him. What do? Is there anything they are weak to?
Has anyone found the trainer for smithing yet? I can't seem to find one.
The guy at the skyforge in Whiterun can train smithing You probably have to join the companions though
So i killed a dragon yet its not disintegrating nor am i getting its soul
Why would anyone want to play Khajit or Argonian? They look retarded.
I do. Water breathing and no diseases, plus, you look sneaky as shit when you steal stuff and stab retards in the neck
It's a shame that enchanted weapons have to have charges. Oh well, an endless fire damage buff on a weapon would be overpowered..

Guys why does my dark brotherhood "shrouded hood" have no mask? Both the normal and the maskless version dont have it? Is it some sort of bug?
What race are you? That might factor in.
Imperial...
