Anyone know just how soon we'll get the modding tools for Skyrim?

Hey quick question. If you go with the imperial soldier instead of the Storm Cloud prince, do you still have a chance to meet him later on and possibly hang out with some Storm Cloak bros?
I return from the land of Skyrim. I completed the Main Quest along with helping the rebels win the civil war, in which I got two arrows permanently stuck in me. That's it for that character; going to make a new one and head to the Bard College, hate having one character do everything.
All of these books that were also in Oblivion is a nice touch.
Alright I'm having trouble with a quest, anyone done it? It's one of the quests for the stormcloaks further into the questline, about a curier. [sp] It's the "A False Front" quest for the stormcloaks (think the imperial have a similar) where you have to find and intercept a curier. I found out where he had been, and the innkeeper said that he just had left but will be back later. I tried to run him down, but never found him since neither the innkeeper or the questlog tells me where he went. So I waited in the inn, been waiting for two days but he never shows up. Any help on this?[/sp]

I just bought the house in Whiterun, I went to go sleep in the bed in it and it said "you cannot sleep in an owned bed" what
