Pictures? For every puzzle there is always a hint/solution around somewhere. Check all the walls, above and near the pillars. Sometimes it's really hard to see.

So the College is part of the main quest?
i'd say it's all part of the overall main story, with the main quest introducing you to them (assuming you talk to people and don't just ignore everything)
they really shouldn't have called it the "main quest" in my humble opinion, it's mis-leading
as I said, it puts you into those situations for like one quest, then it leaves it up to you whether you want to go through with the quest lines relating to that or not, if you don't then you have a lot of loose ends.
gj fucking the "Fus ro Dah" and not making it sound like the one in the trailer bethesda :l
Yeah I don't like the ingame shout either.
[sp]Well I haven't gotten that far yet, but once I'm finished with the Companions and some other side quests, I'll get back to that. I'm trying to see if I can get all the dragon shouts before the final quest, but I don't know when that is, so I'm peppering the MQ with long stretches of side-questing until I get to a point that smells like End-Game so I can finish up the shout round-up.[/sp]
[sp]Some of the shouts are exclusive to factions, and a few are part of the MQ.[/sp]

this wasn't the only thing I found, what about the guy in the barrows? in todd howard's gameplay he had an awesome whispy voice
daughr wright at level 4 what is this bs
hmm I just killed a dragon mid flight...
So it just kind of flopped in the air and ragdolled into the ground...
Not bad.
Yeah I don't like the ingame shout either.
It depends on what race you are doesn't it? So maybe if you are a nord it sounds like the trailer but other races get different sounding ones? I might be wrong.
gj fucking the "Fus ro Dah" and not making it sound like the one in the trailer bethesda :l
really?
:(

I was ambushed by two bandit chiefs and two bandit outlaws at level four when leaving Anise's shack.
Is there somewhere I can download the audio for Ragnor the red (spelling?)
I dont need it right now, but I bought the console version so I dont have access to the game files.
[sp]Some of the shouts are exclusive to factions, and a few are part of the MQ.[/sp]
[sp]Good thing I intend on doing all the factions (well, except for whichever side of the Civil War I don't join up with), but if you could tell me which shouts show up in the main quest and when, that'd be fine. I'd look it up in my guide, but I don't have it yet. :V: [/sp]
You'd honestly have thought that after all this time Bethesda would have figured out an algorithm for traversing terrain. Nothing too crazy, just a little system that looks at the height of the rock you're approaching and implements the desired animation/movement to give the sense you're stepping up onto it instead of leaving us to constantly get stuck and have to jump over ankle-high stones

Pretty sure all human/elf voices sound the same when shouting. Not sure about the non-human, haven't played them yet.
I just had a pack of 3 frost wolves completely destroy a dragon for me. The thing is the dragon flew away from me after I had knocked about 1/4th of its health down and flew a good distance away and started fighting. By the time I got to where it was there were 2 dead wolves and one with about a quarter of its health left. And the dead dragon.
But, there is one they fear; DRAGONWOLF!
I was ambushed by two bandit chiefs and 2 bandit outlaws at level 4 when leaving Anise's shack.
Three hired bandits attacked me as i was leaving a shop and the all had magic two handed weapons and ridiculous amounts of health. Plus i was in riverwood so the guards werent of much help. I ended up running away on my horse
I honestly didn't like Oblivion but I'm loving this game... anyone else?
Someone explain enchanting to me. I disenchanted some bracers with Fortify One-Handed, so I gained that enchantment. It's supposed to increase One-Handed damage by 10%, but when I try to enchant some leather bracers with it, they come out with only a 1% damage increase.
Is this because I'm only like level 22 or so in Enchantment? Or is it because I'm using Petty souls, or something?
I still haven't gotten a house yet, but I'm not even sure if there is one but the Jarl Balgruuf the Greater said you could buy land.
Question:
Why do civilians say to me constantly "Are you okay? You look sick!"
Any ideas?
This is the first game I've played none stop for 3 days. I know I'll play it all day tomorrow too.
This game just sucks you in and you get lost in it for hours.

You have a disease. Pray at one of the shrines in the cities to be cured.

It's because you're using Petty Souls. You need a Greater soul (I think?) to get the full power out of the enchantment.
I honestly didn't like Oblivion but I'm loving this game... anyone else?
I loved Oblivion but I don't think I can ever play it again. This is just so many times better in so many ways. It's like when Fallout: New Vegas came out and I just couldn't bare to play Fallout 3 anymore, except multiply that feeling by 100.

Ninjas.

Oh come on!

I was never able to enjoy unmodded Oblivion, and honestly I uninstalled and reinstalled that game probably 5 or 6 times before it finally clicked and I really got into it. I'm absolutely adoring this right out-of-the-box, though.

Any disease, ataxia, rockjoint etc. causes this response.
