Avoid flying at high altitude, it's easier for jets to spot you and shoot you down, as well as infantry /w stingers
When you get locked on, if at low/medium altitude bail quick and head for the ground. Hide behind a land formation or a building until the lock fades. If there is no cover, fly low as fast as you can and just try to put as much distance from where you first got the lock. Also do this when you're going towards cover
Also use stealth (the upgrade) when you can and when you get a missle lock (as in one's been fired) wait a couple of seconds before deploying flares. Those couple of seconds may save your life when the same guy locks onto you again, and he fires while you're waiting for flares to recharge.
That's how I pilot attack copters and I do relatively well. It can be frustrating at times but that's what happens when you're a huge, highly visible target

So it's amazing for mid-long range but up close it jams when you try to full auto the burst fire which makes it horrible to use in CQC.

An $800 case, that's just overkill dude. Most components today can withstand heat anyway, specially if you use water cooling. It's not even that great of a ventilation either considering air-flow wise. Same with the gaudy Ripjaws. Lots of wasted monies if you're shooting for that.
I'd say a vacuum-sealed case with good 120mm fans is adequate for the job but will cost hundreds less. Just cause it's the most expensive doesn't mean it will amount to good performance. 2 cents

You remind me of the time I was 15 and I dreamed of running a more powerful and super-expensive computer. Two 6800 Ultra's in SLI mode with the latest and first Asus SLI board. AMD FX-55 socket 939
Then I realized my parents work their butt off as it is and didn't pursue it. I figured I would work for it myself and earn all the money with my hard work instead of mooching it off my mom and dad. I did just that, got a job and I am able to afford a nice computer. Nothing extreme because I know in 6 months, something updated and advanced will come along anyway. No such thing as the "top of the line" PC
Besides, these days, I'd rather save my money so I can go out with a real beauty; instead of paying premium to stay inside with a mechanized one. My GF's funner to be around with, just a diff perspective
