If you check the times for Maintenance on the Battlelog they line up with that twitter post. Blame EA for the misleading FAQ, not DICE. DICE has been on the ball since that Maintenance notice has been up for hours with the correct time.

I do not understand.[/QUOTE] Skill is retarded, I ran around a whole game on metro once just reviving, got 50 revives, died 20 timmes, killed 7 enemies, got -150 skill. Seems revives doesn't add to skill.
