Well great, the admin service we use for the server are going pay-only, so either we gotta start paying for it or we loose all the auto-balance, plugins and all that good stuff.

why the hell does it even need origin to run battlefield, surely having battlefield 3 registered on your EA account is enough to prove you own the game, why do you need another client to double check?

Same reason why steam needs to be running to play all valve games + some others.

All the servers I've seen have been populated, they usually had at least 2 people queueing too.

I think its because everybody got kicked out of Origin and can't log in, otherwise whenever I looked everything was full.
I logged into Origin. It appears to be up again.

Well to get the FAMAS you have to get 10 revives irc.
They need to add a shitload of medic unlocks or revive-required assignments, that will fix gameplay. The only reason you're seeing a increase in revives would be the FAMAS.

Yea I remember so many revives on Karkand in BF2.
Karkand BF2 was awesome, 24/7 you would constantly hear "First aid, here!" along with infinite throw down medic bags.
