Played Back to Karkard tonight, have to admit, I'm absolutely delighted with it.
One of my friends gave it a shot and said he loved it too, cause the original maps pissed him off so much.

If they weren't unfair they wouldn't work, they wouldn't give you any strengths whatsoever when you got in one.
Remember you can't move while waiting for players, but you can turn the F35B while moving, making it possible to "wiggle" it around.

This conquest assault thing just makes me rage. I always get put on the team with no solid spawn, and then i proceed to get spawn camped until I just alt+f4

I am in love with the M1014. Only reason I had 28 deaths was because of stupid hit detection bugs where the enemy models would react to a bullet hitting them but it wouldnt be registered as a hit, therefore me getting killed, and the fact the other team's top guy had a Saiga 12K and was hunting me down because I had a nemesis pin on about 3 or 4 of their team including him.
Oh god playing Viper heli on the Peninsula map is fucking crazy :v:

Card is DX10, just because you have DirectX 11 runtimes does not mean your hardware supports it.
You cannot run it at all. 8800gt struggles on low.. that card won't last more then 10fps. Not to mention 2.2GB of ram.. yeah you can't run BF3 at all. You're going to be limiting it to less then 1GB of ram.
I just can't figure it out. The F-35 is just God awful. It has no redeeming values. I'm trying here, I'm really trying, but it's just so all around bad at everything.

Did you try using the Crossfire profiles for BF3 from AMD's site? Im assuming you have latest drivers.

Honestly, i'm not too sure. catalyst pisses me off a lot. Do you know how to check? I do have cap3 and It shows that they are there in Device manager and also I got the enable crossfirex option checked off
I tried out the F-35. Was turning to get an enemy jet in my sights, lost speed, stalled, and crashed. Haven't touched them since.

There's a bug with the crossfire drivers that BF3 doesn't run properly

I think you meant to say that there's nothing right with it.
It's turn rate is abysmal, and maintaining corner air speed is a nightmare because of the hover. Even if you could maintain corner air speed perfectly, it still gets outmaneuvered easy by the Flanker. The hover, although fun, is as useful as you would think sitting stationary in a fragile jet fighter would be. It's also very hard to gain altitude when you hover unless you're very close to the ground with the gear down.
It just has no redeeming values. It has a better gun than the regular jets I guess, but it's not very useful if you spend all your time being dead.
Try running without crossfire? Could still probably max out.

Or you could just suck with it, I've gone 12-0 with it alone.
