I just can't seem to use any pistol but the m9/mp433/g17. The revolvers aren't quick enough for me and the g18 isn't good for med/long range for picking people off.

Its a H&K G53A3, most people call it a G53 for short.

They don't need to be quick, the scoped .44 gets one shot headshots, 2 shot body shot kills, and its great for long range because it has a PK-A.

big whoop, in one day my skill went down from 200 to -14
and then back to 400
and then 600
and then 10
stop looking at that rating, it makes no sense, and the only one way to actually improve it is to - before you pull the trigger - check the battlelog page of someone you are about to kill. If his skill is lower than your level, ignore him. If it's higher, fire.

Rate of fire was increased in a patch, it is pretty great now.

The G17C is still better, though. Bigger clip, faster RoF, faster reload, roughly the same damage over time
F35 is lulzy when you fly into wake island, hover, and start mowing infantry down
