I just played with the most retarded team ever. We were on Oman and the other team was very organised. Meanwhile, half my team were sitting in all the vehicles IN THE BASE complaining that everyone else was a n00b and mocking each other based on how many points we had, the rest of us were desperately trying to hld the hotel as it was the only point we had left. I got tired of having a lifespan of around 15 seconds so I left.

I keep losing Oman because half my team is on top of Hotel and Construction Site

I like hardcore so much better than the regular settings. As someone who plays mostly medic and mostly uses semi-auto, I have a much better time with hardcore.

Is there any way to change BF3's settings without opening it?

It's easier to get immersed, it's harder, more fun, no 3D spot (only map spotting), less health.
