what programs do you use to record ingame? I tried Fraps and even though I run it on Ultra with 50+ fps it murdered it in game and in the video

the trick with fraps is to have it save the files you record on a different HD than the one your game is installed on. improves FPS by an assload.

An external HDD using eSata would work well. USB 2 is slow, USB 3 I'm not totally sure about for I/O speed.
It's easier just to stick an internal HDD in though.

I was getting some microstutter with motion blur on. Maybe you forgot to change it back?

Always kept that off, it makes it harder to spot enemies while looking around.

I use microsoft security essentials, it doesn't really affect anything.
Anyhow, I seemed to have fixed the issue by defragmenting and running in Windows 7 Basic instead of Aero.
Had enough of Oman till they fix the F35.
Russians have complete air dominance right from the off and it' rarely changes, unless i can sneak in and nick an Su.
Almost every game i've played as US on that ,ends with the us driven back to the carrier because the flanker has free reign over anything in the open.
The 35 is great at taking out tanks heli's ect ect i will give it that, but unless you're playing aginst the greenest of pilots you'll hardly get a chance to do any damage on ground units.
Argue the case with me if you like, but the fact the 35's sit on the decks collecting dust rather than people camping for them says it all really.

just had a pretty good match with c4, unfortunately when i was planning on ramming an enemy vehicle with my jeep with fuckloads of c4 strapped onto it, here's what happened:
Badically I forgot that friendlyfire was turned on on the server, and i strapped the C4 to a jeep, right. However, an entire squad decided it was a good idea to get in the jeep and drive away before i could get in, so they drove off with an entire arsenal of C4 strapped onto it. Retarded as I am, I decided to detonate it because I obviously forgot friendly-fire was on.
Also, the admin sat in that jeep, he kicked me from the server :(
Finally got the vehicle blow torch kill. I ended up just destroying someone's soflam on top of the sharqi tv station to get it.

Holy goddamn shit this was the worst game I've ever played in, and I was on the winning team too.
Literally their top 2-3 guys on their team all just sat back in the stereotypical sniper spots the whole round, will all their uber sniper gear and 44 magnums. Too bad they were totally shit players once you knew how to bypass their "traps" (crouching to avoid TUGS detection for example). Once I knifed one and that Flexor dude (#1 on US) started shit talking and saying how much more money he has than me IRL lol. What a kid.
Their whole team didn't do shit the whole round, and for half the round nobody on our team even bothered with vehicles.
This makes me sad, considering I love playing recon and even when I am in the sniper mood I try and help out. I only like to perch up when I'm feeling to-myself and know my team already has a nice chunk of squads doing stuff, which I enjoy supporting. Some of these idiots do nothing but "LOL SNIPER ^_^" all round, and only getting points because they have uber gear and take advantage of the fact that their entire team is losing to hell and back so they can get easier targets to shoot at (I've tended to notice during landslides, players on the winning team will run around and play less cautiously).
I finally got this game for mah xbox. Nothing ruins your first time playing the game like 2GB UPDATE.
Though I would like to confirm that every platform gets the physical warfare pack.

Shouldn't matter, BF3 has so many technical problems, connection errors, and conflicts it's rarely a problem with the computer itself under normal conditions being able to run it or not.
I can run BF3 fairly well on medium/high with motion blur off, but motion blur slows the shit out of my PC so I decided to have everything on low except for shadow quality and motion blur just so it's playable with the blur. The motion blur is amazing, I feel like I'm missing out on 90% of the game if I have it off.
