I have no clue if this would work, but if the sniper is watching the heli then it is not going anywhere for a while so you should give it a shot. Go as recon and get near the helicopter and from behind cover deploy the mav. Fly the mav and land it directly on the cock pit then sprint to the helicopter and jump in. If you landed the mav right it will block your head and it takes a few shots to destroy it.
Again with the single player praise. I love the "simple" badass moments when you and your buddies blow some shit up. For example the whole tank column thing on the desert.
Where as in Call of Duty you have to dip your ass in liquid uranium and shit out a God particle that would make Tom Hanks proud...in the first mission.
Both games suck at on foot chases though. You're in a hurry to save the world or just late from a meeting and you get shot down constantly. "Hurry brah, push through while we do jack shit to help you"

The thing that pissed me off the most in SP was that they didnt leave space for you at meetings, ran into you even if you tried to stand aside, ignore you during all running and breach scenes and don't even look at you.

I actually found my allies actually killing an enemy now and again. I mean most were killed by me, but they were of more use than some allies are in some game.
While defiantly more realistic a game (relatively speaking) I felt as though the ending was not quite climatic enough.
Could anyone help me? I just got BF3 and its expansion and I can't even join any single server (Unless completely empty) because otherwise I get "your connection to the server timed out" or any other error messages in can throw at me.

Actually, they're not as necessary as they used to be at launch. Back then, everyone and their grandmother used guided missiles and/or handheld AA missile launchers, but now not a lot of people do.

Anyone trying to play together? I try to solo but get owned by some squad working together.
Wish there was a mode like CSS where one side has to plant the bomb on either A or B to win (not both) and the other team tries to stop them. And if you die, you die and have to wait until next round to respawn. (i forget the name of said mode I described).

Neat, but it's hardly a far cry from rush aside from the respawning (which can be applied to most modes)...
Even better would be hostage modes with us spec ops/spetznaz vs. PLR
so i bought the game from intkeys, downloaded the game, origin got stuck during the installation and i forced it to quit
and so when i restarted it my battlefield 3 copy mysteriously disappeared
redeeming the key again gives me the error that the key has already been used
A+ content delivery service, would use again

Bought SWTOR and BF3 off it and had no problems. Downloads at my max down speed and uses 1/3rd the memory idling that Steam does. Definitely using it again.
Origin download speed is incredible. My average is ~300-400 KBp/s, but with Origin it can go up to 1MBp/s.

You're fucking lucky, not only did I start with spoken sentences being restarted halfway through, so he would be asking a question like "Where the fuck are they coming from?" and it would cut out just before the 'are' and restart the sentence. It would continue doing it until it struggled to the end. It miraculously fixed itself when I deprived Campaign of playing time, and then it got even buggier, characters started becoming invisible, they wouldn't spawn where they were supposed to (I posted some screenies to show what had happened during the first Russian level a few pages back).
So I bought the B2K maps since I didn't have limited edition, and now BF3 is having memory leaks like crazy.
'stilling car'? I assume he means you stole his jeep or APC and has recently had a lobotomy. A lot of admins are 12 years old, there's no way I'm believing they're any older.
