I'm N10do64 from the KSP forums, HarvesteR, did joysticks manage to sneak their way in?
Unfortunately, we didn't have time to add joystick support. That will have to wait for the next update I think.
I'm also itching for joystick support. I got a Saitek X52 here, and I can't use it yet...
Cheers

What do I do with that second link? Just put it in a text file and rename it .craft?
What do I do with that second link? Just put it in a text file and rename it .craft?
What?
Put it in your "ships" folder and you get the saved Saturn V I made.
What do I do with that second link? Just put it in a text file and rename it .craft?
After you download the parts, you download the .craft file, go to the ships folder in the main KSP folder, and paste the .craft there.

Ninjas! Everywhere!
It's not a downloadable file for me. It just gives me a bunch of text.

Strange.
You now have three options:
1: Copy the text and save it as "Saturn V.craft"
2: Download the parts and build it yourself / build an alternate version < Reccomended
3: Download this .zip file which has it, made with you in mind: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2668640/Kerbal/0.9x/Saturn%20V.zip

Harvester, this is going to sound weird, but please:
Do NOT be the next Minecraft.
Not in popularity or fun terms. But in business terms. When Minecraft started making money, Notch pretty much stopped development on it, and I don't want to see that same type of success hurt the development of KSP. You really have a great game, and a great product here. I can't wait for the full version and any future versions. I'm hoping that since this is your "Dream game" or such, that YOU really want to see this, not finished ever, but to keep adding on more things after a release and to provide the best possible game. Keep on your current course and you'll do great. But please, don't be Notch.

Managed to get my debit card to work, just preordered KSP for $10!

To be honest would normally compare this to an indie game that is actually not worth paying for, through it may be a lot of fun, but I may not buy this game when it requires payment. I just find it little entertaining over time when the only thing you do in a game is to create and test rockets and the only "objectives" is to get in orbit, fly as high as possible or just blow up your rocket in a hilarious fashion. So, sorry that I may not donate, but I'll at least give a thought about the game or leave some suggestions (that I can't come up with right now) while it's still in beta.
These people truly deserve my money.
They said they wanted to keep it free but I dont care! It is a great game.

The game is in a perfectly marketable state as it is at the moment. (Take this as you will, could be bad or good.) However, not only is it able to be sold at the moment (Stable, fun, good and fairly large community, and relatively popular.) There is still yet more coming to the game before release. I'd estimate a... Late November release? We were on 0.8* for about two months, so that seems about right if 1.00 and on are release. (Correct me if I'm wrong HarvesteR.)

Not quite, from the very beginning HarvesteR has said that this is merely an alpha or even beta for the finished product, and that later on it was going to be a full paid game. Albeit not a $50+ AAA title.
0.8
0.9 has been released as a stable version now.

There is so much more to come. Such as real orbital maneuvers, multiple missions occurring simultanously(holding cargo in orbit, then sending up a thrust body to send your cargo to the moon),other space objects being added.
this game has huge potential as long as they keep developing.
I wonder how much harvester knows about orbit. I wanted to make a simple flash game using an orbiting ship but when I looked at the equations, I nearly died.
Pre-ordered. I trust you guys will put your all into this project so shut up and take my money.

He has said, that for the size of Kearth, the orbit data is exact.

I wish there was still a "Bad Reading" rating.
Donated/Preordered $7 I'd have given more, but sadly it's more than I could spare at the moment.
Though how is it going to work when released, email sent to everyone who donated or something which then leads to a place to download it?

That's exactly why I haven't preordered it yet. It seems like they haven't really planned that far ahead yet.
Unless they tie the email you put in to an account you registered
