i tried that, doesnt work
Did you try opening up "load" to see if it works?

It takes a surprisingly simple ship to get to 345KM It was my first successful flight into space too :D oh what the hell crimon
This game is like a light hearted Orbiter, I like it.

Am I the only one who got above 3,7 million?
Am I the only one who got above 3,7 million?
I'll get there, at some point, just a matter of time, wish I put another rocket on this thing :v:
The game crashed at about 190 million KM

Use cheatengine's speed hack if waiting isn't appealing.
Use cheatengine's speed hack if waiting isn't appealing.
I'm doing it 100% vanilla so zombii can't accuse me of cheating :v:
Is it possible to attach anything other than a solid fuel booster to a radial decoupler?
Is it possible to attach anything other than a solid fuel booster to a radial decoupler?
Not in Vanilla.
My dickrocket managed to get farther than Xperimental with much less lag.
5.5 Hours, 17,000 km.

Where the hell are those parts from?
Yeh running solid rockets INTO a fuel chamber......is gonna do that :)
Wow...I may have encountered an interesting new way to launch a ship...If I can replicate it, I'll post a video, or maybe just some pictures.
Yeh running solid rockets INTO a fuel chamber......is gonna do that :)
And I would've gotten away with it too, if it wasn't for those blasted laws of physics! But yeah, it would of worked had it not spun to death. As for the parts, I put the link on the last page, it works for my friends, but one guy said it broke his, so backup your stuff, blah blah you know the drill.
Anyone streaming? bored waiting for a video to compile, and downloading a game from steam :v:
Found a really cool design using the straight triple couplers in the extra parts pack to make a H shape, works really well. Currently orbiting at 850km.

Two parts don't have any textures though.
I am pretty sure that those with extreme heights have achieved the escape velocity and will carry on climbing forever, making it a game of patience, so I suggest comparing the velocity and height after 10 minutes to find out which rocket is better.
My best so far is 4000m/s. My rocket lasted till somewhere a bit below 450 km. Without any mods/cheats/whatever you wanna call them.
Goddamn, we need some rigid beams. Flopping around is the only thing stopping us from achieving warp speed in this game.

I managed to get to 500k in this ship so should be easy.
Still going.
