Okay, Raptor what parts pack did you use on the Plane? I have the aviation pack and Sunday punch, what was the other one?
Okay, Raptor what parts pack did you use on the Plane? I have the aviation pack and Sunday punch, what was the other one?
Lets see, I have SIDR 1.2, Excelsior and the Saturn V pack in addition to the ones you mentioned.
No offense but the voice ruined it.
:smith: I understand. Just curious as I hope to improve please choose the letter(s) that correspond with your complaint. A. What I am saying, the actual words. B. The quality of sound for the voice. C. The pitch or the voice is annoying. D. Just shouldn't have a voice for another reason / not funny.
No offense but the voice ruined it.
Also re uploading with building and speaking cut. Looks like i will be sticking to unnarrated videos. [editline]9th September 2011[/editline]
ksp videos dont need voices and your voice is slightly annoying :/
Yep, yep. I get it. Thanks.
Lets see, I have SIDR 1.2, Excelsior and the Saturn V pack in addition to the ones you mentioned.
What's all the parts you used for your planes? I have all of them, but when I load them I just get the command pod. Saturn V Parts Pack v1.0 Sunday Punch's KSP parts v 1_09 C7 Flight Pack V1.2 SIDR Parts 1.3 EXCELSIOR Rocket Family
Oh hey! .10 is out! And for some reason it barely runs! Woo! My HD3850 doesn't run KSP! [editline]10th September 2011[/editline] fucking pshit
Wow, smashing into the atmosphere at a too high speed crashes your craft.. Didn't know they had implemented that. [img_thumb]http://img708.imageshack.us/img708/3098/unavngiveti.png[/img_thumb]

[img_thumb]http://img708.imageshack.us/img708/3098/unavngiveti.png[/img_thumb]
You might have been hit by a previous stage, or if you had loose (attached) stuff to your pod, it might have been ripped off.
You might have been hit by a previous stage, or if you had loose (attached) stuff to your pod, it might have been ripped off.
Yeah, sounds like the front part must have deaccelerated too fast compared to the engine and so forth. Still, it would be pretty cool.
Yeah, sounds like the front part must have deaccelerated too fast compared to the engine and so forth. Still, it would be pretty cool.
I just thought of black holes. When you approach a black hole, after a while the difference in gravity between the top of your body and the bottom of your body would be so large that it affects the bottom part more, eventually ripping you to shreds.
I just thought of black holes.
Imagine making a craft that can travel into a black hole without problems (which would almost be impossible irl), venturing into the singularity and both achieving and experiencing the impossible.
You would probably like to change that "eventually" to "pretty damn fucking fast".
Time is relative :v: Especially around a black hole!
So I put a satellite in orbit, but I figured I would try out the signal flare from the assorted hardware pack with it: http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/index.php?topic=2251.0 So I deployed the satellite with the signal flare on it, and landed. Half an hour later I saw something looking like a star soaring across the sky, flickering a bit in and out. Half an hour after that I took a picture of it. It's the red dot. (I moved the camera under the ground by moving the view upwards and around the entire ship.
So I'm working with my friend Winston to make some stuff for KSP, and we got our prototype stuff ported into KSP. It's looking pretty - oh sweet jesus.
Yep. We're onto it though.
Make a whole pack of giant rocket parts. I MUST SEND A 1km ROCKET INTO ORBIT
Make a whole pack of giant rocket parts. I MUST SEND A 1km ROCKET INTO ORBIT
Launch. Decouple the pod off the top. Already in space.
Doing a video for a Jumbo Jet. Flys pretty good and even lands with no problem.
Wow, smashing into the atmosphere at a too high speed crashes your craft.. Didn't know they had implemented that. [img_thumb]http://img708.imageshack.us/img708/3098/unavngiveti.png[/img_thumb]
After some extensive research (mainly consisting of repeatedly smashing rockets into kearth's atmosphere at extreme speeds) I can confirm that the command pod, probably won't explode entirely on it's own. It appears though that something as simple as a strut connector will be able to crash into the pod on reentry. Gotta research some more, though. Each test takes about ~20 minutes.
Is anyone else suddenly losing all control of their rockets? For me it happens whenever I try maneuvering my rocket.
Buy more SAS modules. There's never too many SAS modules.
Buy more SAS modules. There's never too many SAS modules.
I was wondering about that. Why is there even a price for the parts anyways.
this game is great but there isn't stuff to explore yet? been travelling at 10,000m/s + for ages
