0.11.0 released!!!! http://www.kerbalspaceprogram.com/download.php
Yeah, I got it too! Working on reconfiguring my textures though.
Noticed a bug where if you enable time warp and relaunch the ship, it will just sort of... Fall apart. Better shown in the video. Sorry about those fucking black borders, not sure what caused them.

The footage is 16:9, and WLMM will try to fit that inside the 4:3 box. That means that you get those black borders. You can change that in one of the ribbon menues, though. I'm guessing that you were using WLMM, if you aren't; it's the same problem, different program. try to find a setting that says "4:3" and see if you can change that to 16:9.
Just a question, who sets up the time warp and relaunches without even launching the rocket?
0.11.1 is out. Fixes the freeze on pause/unpause issue. It's clearly an unintended behaviour.
It seems like the time warp or time itself kills the kerbal trio: [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/jYl4L.png[/thumb] Well, most people would die after 15 days in a small space pod.
Well, here we go for a new update: New on 0.12: * A Moon * some other stuff. Cheers
Dohohohohohoho

Just preordered it. :D What do you think is an appropriate amount to pay for it?
Dohohohohohoho
oh boy , here we go agian.
Just preordered it. :D What do you think is an appropriate amount to pay for it?
The preorder amount, plus extra if you want to, is generally an appropriate amount to pay
The preorder amount, plus extra if you want to, is generally an appropriate amount to pay
I don't want to sound rude, but it's kind of obvious that it's somewhere between the minimum and infinity. :v:
oh boy , here we go agian.
Did anyone see that CarolRawley guy on the forums when 0.11x1 came out? He's going to lose his shit completely when 0.12 is up.
Just preordered it. :D What do you think is an appropriate amount to pay for it?
I preordered the day it came out for 10. I might pay some more on release. [editline]13th October 2011[/editline] Is there a fix for red textures yet?
Hurrah, I got into a 3:25:00(ish) orbit with stock parts, woo.
So the sun grew
Cool, I think I'll fly out there and check it ou- MOTHER OF GOD
I added that as a last minute tweak to the 0.11 release. You can zoom out far enough to see the the Sun get small. (which should be just about far enough. ) And here's a progress update: The Mun is in the game already. With the new features in place, it was as easy as just duplicating the Kerbin object, removing the oceans, atmosphere, changing some textures, and tweaking it's celestial body definition. Now it becomes obvious why we needed the last 2 updates. We already have orbit support, and a procedural terrain system that is flexible enough to draw the moon in the same way it draws kerbin. So, for starters, I placed the moon exactly as was specified in the Moon Stats thread. I wanted to get a baseline to start tweaking from there. well, it does look realistic having the moon there, but it definitely looks way too small from Kerbin's surface... Maybe it should be closer, or maybe bigger... I don't know. I realize this is the same 'problem' seen in Orbiter, and it's not a problem at all, it's just a field-of-view quirk. But I do want to make it closer or bigger anyway. There are a number of things to tweak now. The instrumentation isn't as flexible as it should be, so it'll need some tweaking. The orbit system I already tweaked to take into account the speed of the celestial body itself, so transitioning from physics/rails is very much ok. What will probably be a challenge now is getting PhysX to cooperate... generally, moving things don't like sitting on top of other moving things, especially if one of them isn't being actually moved by physics... I'll have to try a few things here to see what works. But in general, things are looking good. Adding the moon was a breeze compared to what it would have been if we hadn't added the features from the 0.10 and 0.11 updates. BTW, I did a moon-kerbin return flight (I cheated to get there) in just about 8 mission hours. I like that. And a return flight is easy enough to do by eye (and map). Just point and burn towards kerbin once it rises on Mun orbit. Cheers
Oh god!
Hey guys, Here's a peek of our new RCS's designed for 1m,2m and 3m rockets. We also have some new RCS fuel tanks that are nearly done as well, those are also for the different sizes 1m,1.75m,2m and 3m. The moon, she is a sweet mistress.
When are you guys releasing a fix for the red texture shit stuff?
Is anyone else having issues with the larger diameter engines in the Challenger pack being extremely wobbly?
Is anyone else having issues with the larger diameter engines in the Challenger pack being extremely wobbly?
Heavy Struts, that fixes it. (mostly.)
When are you guys releasing a fix for the red texture shit stuff?
Our stuff doesn't red texture?
And do adapters block fuel flow? They seem to be doing it for me. [editline]edit[/editline] automerge
O right.
