Slightly more on-topic, the game gets almost unplayably slow for me now. An inevitable consequence of the many new features that have been added, I suppose. Glad to hear that they're working on optimising it next.

Yeah the launch-to-orbit part goes horribly slow even without any AA or high res textures
The only slow part for me is the editor, which is extremely slow.

In HL2, Barney says to kleiner he still has nightmares about that cat, and just before Alyx get teleported she asks, 'What cat?'
It's released? For real this time? Because, I still have nightmares about Jeb screaming in terror when warp bugged.
What Barny originally said:
It's Working? For real this time? Because, I still have nightmares about that cat.
So it was pointed at that, Pilotguy97 never mentioned any cat. Now let's get back on-topic.

I found that the mentioning of cats, not to mention THAT cat, was a bit irrelevant.
Anyway, does anyone know if Silisko will update the Probodobdyne pack to make the core spawnable again?
I'm wondering, is it possible to use stock parts to get to the Mun?
I mean, only stock parts, no packs whatsoever. I only use stock parts from the game because I feel it's sort of "cheating" to use other parts.

Yes, it's possible.
My mac can run it :O
My computer is rather old, and starting to fall apart. While it can technically run KSP, if I make a rocket anything larger than the pod with a solid rocket booster attached, then it tends to run like a Powerpoint slideshow.
Once i'm out of the Kerbin atmosphere, though, it seems to run really really smoothly.
I just orbited the sun(came extremely close, but was blinded), nothing happened, disappointing.

Yeah i do it all the time , no packs what so ever . landing and getting back is kinda hard though
Try get back to Kerbin now
He blocked the sun, so Kerbin was left without light meaning that all the plants died and the food chain collapsed.
I can't wait until persistence.
I am going to build a giant swarm of rockets and slowly assemble them into a humungous barrier, keeping kerbin in permanent, comfortable shade.

They wanted to do this IRL with many extremely thin lenses to prevent global warming.
Turned out that would make world economy go bankrupt.
Has anybody else had a problem where you can play it once, then it insta-crashes on startup every time after that?

Refer to this post:
Because Windows Movie Maker is giving me trouble and I'm too dumb to use Sony Vegas and too lazy to try anything else, I'm not going to finish the video. But I'll upload the .craft file of the ship. Completely vanilla.

[editline]12th November 2011[/editline]
It just crashes on startup.

Ahah, nevermind, I missed a file :v:
First mun landing without exploding, did okay and it only took me 3 tries
Sadly I got stuck in endless orbit of Kearth on the way back so RIP another three
Anyone else have it where if you use solid boosters on radial decouplers your first stage doesn't fire its engine, it just goes to the next?

Oh sweet they've released a new version that makes the 2m fuel tanks stronger, I was tired of having to spam struts to stop them from breaking off.
Also, can anyone take a look at my ship using the down under parts? It doesn't wanna take off until I get to the orbital stage.
