I got board with making rockets and landing on the moon flawlessly many times after only one fun crash. so I decided to make rocket parts :D hoping to do a whole lovely falcon 9 parts pack to haul heavier stuff into space. basically something OP as far as small stuff but to get a big lander to space it would be ideal. It is based off the merlin 1D. Thus it is dubbed the Kerlin1A :D [img]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1417259/Kerlin1Engine.png[/img] If anyone knows the numbers that would scale for weight thrust and fuel consumption for it that would be cool. I have no idea of these things. huh. first stage is 690kN and burn time is 170 secounds. anyone wanna take a stab at how much fuel that should take and gimme a burn rate :D

oh how did you come to this conclusion? 0_O those look like fun numbers. thanks :D yeah I am a fan of it. it actually looks better than I thought it would. Also, when i made it I was unaware gimble engines actually moved model wise. But i was already done with the model but because i moddled the supports similar to the real Merlin it actually works just fine :D no 3d mesh colliding or Z fighting, or disconnecting tubing lol.
