How?

Bar on the right, drag parts from stage to stage; add/remove stages with the -/+ buttons between stage boxes.
Much obliged, sir.
I just landed on the moon, and I landed a bit hard and lost 2 legs. Landed on the side, lost 2 RCS .. things, and was stuck on my side. Somehow I manage to get off the ground (I lost the parachute in the process), and now I'm pretty far above the moon and just .. Floating. I can't go back, because I have no parachute. Short lived joy, was very short lived.

And that kiddies, is why I pack an abort/ascent stage.

My lander packs too much for a normal gravity landing :( I'm going to try again, I will make it this time!
What's the altitude/speed for Kerbosynchronous orbit?

90 percent of my ships topple over on the launch pad. The other 10% did good until the fuel in the solid fuel boosters went out and I found out the tiny ass engine couldn't support its weight, causing it to fall.
I just don't get it. Then again, I suck at building shit.

Struts. Mod parts.
Also, a number would be useful, I don't want to sit for 22 minutes.

Check my post again.
Struts. Mod parts.
I used struts and almost made it, but they barely kept the craft from flinging out of control.
All attempts ended in failure, but one almost managed to get me into orbit.
Seriously, adding more boosters works, I added a booster to kick me into orbit, and some more boosters on the bottom to get the rocket up. It actually moves under it's momentum because, even with 400 thrust, the engines cannot lift it.

Plus more boosters make Jeb happy.
number of boosters X thrust of boosters = Increase in Jeb's mood

Upgraded space station.
What's the best way to stop wobbling and overheating?
What's the best way to stop wobbling and overheating?
Struts, SAS, ASAS and RCS for the wobbling and less boosters/heat reducing mod parts for the over heating.

And look good at the same time?
And look good at the same time?
Magic.
I'm surprised less people do transfer orbits. I just figured it was the most natural thing to do.

So some actually other means to reach the moon? That is surprising, because, as you said, transfer orbits is the most natural thing to do (in my opinion, too).
And look good at the same time?
Mod them invisible, you'll get a ship mostly connected using magnets!

You should see my sexy launch vehicle for the CEV. :P
This guy raises valid (and obvious) points, but he sounds so butthurt for some reason that I can't take him seriously: http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/index.php?topic=4570.msg54208#msg54208
I mean, sure, I did make some choices that could've been done differently, but I have my reasons. The video originally had 1h30 and covered every single step with pauses to place huge walls of text but let's be honest, who the fuck would watch that?
And about me not spending a shitload of time in the Mun and not being able to get back to Kerbin: my previous lander (the one I use in regular missions is perfectly capable of landing, deploying payload, taking off, placing another payload in the surface, land again just for the hell of it and going back home. But who the fuck would care to see me for 5 minutes doing nothing but moving the camera quickly and saying "so yeah guys this is the mun... p cool huh" - instead I decided to cut down the video's length and make a lighthearted joke.
jeez some people take shit way too seriously, it's supposed to act as a superficial guide and hopefully slightly entertaining video, thats all

I adblocked his avatar and sig lol. PLUS he's a total dick.

Now that I think of it, a good number of people on the forums are dicks.
Completely skipped that, you just gave them the rocket. They have no clue how it works. Good luck trying to use a navaid if you don't know what stages are.
Uh, it's fairly easy to figure out how things work in this game. I'm not sure how it's for others, but I can easily learn things in this game just by seeing someone else doing it, and then copying and using it the way I want to. It's not exactly rocket science (:v:)
Was he that guy who didn't want time-warp because it would take away the sense of accomplishment or am I thinking of somebody else?
Let me check.
