Cyrillic N is H, right?
No, its two I's connected at the top.
I still find this video hilarious even though I made it back in August.
In the preview it looks like the water tower is taking off :v:
hey shitheads Challenger PLF Set 0.2 is up. 1, 1.75, 2 and 3m decoupler shrouds, a 3m version of the 1x1.4m fairing (4.2m wide, carry big shit to spess). We also made the cone halves into decouplers so they can be used independently of the wall halves. http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/index.php?topic=2680.msg26326#msg26326 Also I've been working on a spacecraft with a big capsule on the end for carrying landers through the atmosphere of a planet. Hopefully you'll be able to fit a variety of landers inside the capsule for trips to planets with atmospheres. Currently the service module consists of a 3m fuel tank (1.5m tall), our standard 3m RCS tank and a new 3m SPS engine for mid-course corrections and orbital insertion burns. The capsule, once decoupled from the SM, will enter the atmosphere of a planet, deploy a parachute to decelerate, jettison the heat shield and drop the lander out of the backshell for a powered landing. Here's what it looks like so far:
The Low Resolution PLF update is uploaded too.
That thing is sexy. All we need now is rovers.
~Durgun~
So after seeing that and noticing the untextured main tanks, I decided to quickly whip up this logo for absolutely no reason at all:

I am still flying 13.x2. so. don't feel like raging about heat. but failcan9 heavy is back in the air and cooler than ever. That capsule kicks ass.

Not first self contained pod to land on the Mün.
Yeah, I did a return trip with the Down Under one, but that thing is batshit overpowered
We need rovers.

they did.
They already have, they added a loading bar. [editline]IMPROVISED[/editline] Dang it.
Is there really no way to reduce to loading times even with all the mods?
Is there really no way to reduce to loading times even with all the mods?
Windows 7 has some RAM Caching thing built in, that means the second time it started in 1 minute 15 seconds. The cache gets cleared when the RAM is needed/PC restarted though.
Getting to the Mun in style. HNNNNNNGGG, I really want a kill rotation button, it's so fucking difficult trying to manoeuvre around in orbit when you CONSTANTLY have to correct course, and account for the globe fucking spinning around like a child with ADHD. I can't fly this spacecraft because I have to be constantly correcting the rotation - I can't even look at the map screen because it goes off course. This game has turned into a pile of shit, I quit.
use RCS and adv SAS? just press T and T again once rotation stopped
That doesn't work. That orients you to face straight up.
No, the sas and advanced sas try to hold your orientation to whatever it was when you last turned it on, be it straight up, upside down, or anything inbetween.
it doesn't, it orientates to the point you're looking at at the moment you activate it.
Has anyone noticed on 1.3x3 that default srb's and engines overheat really fucking quickly?
Should I go any further with this, or try thinking of something completely different?
meant in the context of my mod 0_O but what is the down under one?
