I just had a quick question, does the altimeter ever bug out for you guys? Like the last four numbers blank out and it becomes useless?
It sometimes does if I use Cheat Engine to warp faster than the game lets me.
RCS thrusters work in the map now too, makes it so incredibly easy to fine tune orbits now. Oh and just when I thought it was safe to orbit the moon, I found a 700m tall mountain.

noooooo, it's not free anymore
noooooo, it's not free anymore
Aww, fuck you're right. Time to buy it
Im not gonna pay for a petty game like this, i would first pay when all entries in their features list are green. Right now the game is just a tiny little demo, im not paying for freaking demos.. They could atleast have waited a bit longer.. its fucking christmas.
Bought it simply because this has so much potential and already is a lot of fun. I hope they add MP someday.

IMO this game is worth the cash (It's not even much, just $7), simply because it's a very unique concept that nobody has done before (at least with this kind of success).
Was that Dragon capsule released yet?
That feel when you see your lower rocket stage, that's supposed to bring you out of the atmosphere, fly off at 1km
I wondered about something- can you mod a parachute part so it acts like an expendable solar panel?
Haven't played this since around August, how much has it changed? Are the devs still very active, at least enough to warrant a purchase?
I wondered about something- can you mod a parachute part so it acts like an expendable solar panel?
That's what one of the Soyuz parts did.

Why you should buy from them: - The Dev(s) are incredibly fucking open on what they are working on - It's a damned good game thats only going to be better (if it doesn't die because of cheap fucks not willing to help out) - The Devs are incredibly fucking receptive on input from the community, probably the most of any dev I've seen - Harvester is a boss. I mean come on, what can $7 get you really, and for that, you get access to the latest version/update of the game, and whatsmore, you actually get to help develop (via financial means) a damn good game, sure, you may not get your name on any credit list, but as you're having fun with the finished game, you can feel satisfied in playing it and nodding to yourself "I helped develop this damn game" and feel a bit proud of it. Reasons why not to buy: - You're a fucking cheap ass.
Can anyone else not think of names for their rockets? I always name my something cheesy like "Destiny" or "Prophecy" and then some Roman numeral shit. I need some good names.
Well, I just shot Squad off with an email, offering to help them recruit a few people for their team (for free on my end) as I'll be able to use my contacts (since i work for a video game recruitment company) Anyone happen to be able to contact Harv directly and get him to shoot me an email (I'm just concerned that the message i sent, via the comments section on the site, may not be seen)
Can anyone recommend some good parts packs?

I've just downloaded the game tonight and I've found out that it's incredibly amazing! Thank you for letting me know of this game, because I simply love sandbox games and this one is really funny to play. I've already constructed some good working space-ships, but I wonder if I'll ever get to the moon. :v:
I'm doing a global plane trip right now. My first stop was a mountain cluster north of the launchpad. It also has a glacier.
Can anyone else not think of names for their rockets? I always name my something cheesy like "Destiny" or "Prophecy" and then some Roman numeral shit.
Can anyone else not think of names for their rockets? I always name my something cheesy like "Destiny" or "Prophecy" and then some Roman numeral shit. I need some good names.
Name them after what music you're currently listening to. Artist or song.
My rocket names are typically based on how they behave during flight. [editline]17th December 2011[/editline] Or their payload.
Name them after what music you're currently listening to. Artist or song.
Satellite of Love Let's go.
Satellite of Love Let's go.
That's actually the name of my prototype rover :v:
I really want dual screen capability, as well as a bunch of instrument readings (lbs/kg of fuel left, Mach number, atmospheric density, etc.) which you could place on different parts of the screen. I want me some Mission Control-like shit.
can I ask how the hell people make planes with wheels etc
can I ask how the hell people make planes with wheels etc
Besides C7's aviation pack?
