Shamelessly stolen from the SA thread.
I just managed to fly up to 50km, then land again safely without escape towers/parachutes, but with controlling the thrust on liquid fuel thrusters

Hey HarvesteR, could we get that fix for overheating GPUs earlier than next week ? Basically I can't play this game without my card reaching 100 degrees even on the lowest settings, and I really want to play this game.

Could someone link me to the SA thread?
Does anyone else notice that this game makes their GPUs run at full? I have a gtx 460 and it runs at 99% load with this game running.
Ninja.
Fine, jeez, everyone's a critic.

I wish there were more warning symbols - so as structural links become closer to breaking you get some warning or alarm - maybe the part indicator on the left flashing amber.
Also, looks like there was an update to the parts pack as of 14:58 GMT
If your chute goes off in space does it slow you down? I forgot to separate the crew module from the engines.

Unfortunately not, I tried to de-orbit using one and it didn't work. :v:
How long has this existed for?

I always preferred the thought that Jebediah was just mentally retarded and brought along for zero-g experiments

No. I accidently deployed mine at 80km and I kept going to 4000km.

No. He was found grinning in his fully intact and undamaged control chair five kilometers from the explosion.

Quad and something connectors now allow fuel flow, uhh, get it from page 20 of the SA thread at the bottom.

Wich I found at aprox 15 km's from earth. Atmosphere also stops you from falling to hard( when falling from space, I hit 4km/s and as soon as I hit 15K altitude I suddenly start to rapidly decelerate.)
i hit 297k with a simple two stage rocket
also does anyones first rocket crash and burn mine did
Jeb's smile is contagious.
I just spent like 5 minutes laughing after seeing the picture Canuhearmenow posted.

I could have reached the moon in ~24 hours. :eng101:
I'm currently at ~117000K going 2300m/s. This is with the vanilla ship parts too

Has there been an update? my KSP doesn't have those rockets.
Heat when reentering the atmosphere seriously needs to be added.
