Why is it that adding wings seems to do nothing but cause my ships to just spiral out of control?
Would be fun if wings added so you could steer better but for weight, say if i just want to fly around kearth

It has no textures at the moment, waiting for texturer-dude to add me on steam and do it. Otherwise its 1999 textures.

This wasn't meant to be that tiny-engine thing I was on about. This was a seperate thing; bunch of people wanted an ion thruster with low thrust but high fuel efficiency, which is what that is.
I haven't started on the mini-thruster thing yet. :v:
I hope this game gets solar sails, stations, the ability to fly ships to and dock at those stations and other planets/moons and interstellar bodies which you can build bases on.
I imagine Jeb Staring down the rocket he's about to get into, with this playing in the background.

The guy in the middle keeps smiling despite having a critical structure failure where every engine kept flying in it's own direction while what's left of the rocket was whirl-winding back to ground.
Takes retards to try that kind of flight, anyway.

I want a mod that adds a second hand ICBM missile that explodes when the fuel tank is emptied. Would make good fireworks upon stage change.
My current record is something like 50,000km with a stable speed of 7100m/s, however I locked my computer and the game refused to resume.

If you get a black screen with a cursor on it press escape, then control+alt+del, then alt tab back to it. Usually fixes the problem.

I'd like to see the ability to rotate parts independently. I'd like to experiment with designs that spin to maintain stability, but that's currently impossible.

You can make things spin for stability, just not by rotating. Stick engines onto the side of something, then an engine onto the side of that engine, NOT inline with the main body. The extra engine torsions the first causing it to pull to one side.
Try drawning a swastika (or any spiral shape) with SRBs to see what I mean.
