Kerbal Space Program, or: "How many rockets can I slap onto this thing?"

Just got into my first orbit, and it's pretty decent, fairly small eccentricity. I'm recording a little timelapse of it, will post when I've edited + uploaded it.
But first, I'm gonna try and land near the launch pad.
I almost got my first orbit, but I was facing too far up, it ended up just having me ascend in a circle around the planet, never went down. I was re-adjusting to try and fix it, when I accidentally detached the engine and fuel tanks. Oh well, guess I'll have to try again.
I somehow managed to lose the small fuel tank.. can someone post it up for me?
its in this pack.
I just realized you can open your.craft files in notepad and change rotation and such. Time to make some really nonsensical rockets.
Yeah we need some supports to keep the rockets from wiggling so much
even though there are currently only two engines it's the almost endless combinations possible that makes this so enjoyable to play
It is the almost endless combinations?
So after 3 hours I'm at 12045k and still travelling at around 694.6m/s.
Think I might just stop it soon lol.

Fuck it, that's far enough
install bomb mod then eh (so it's more like target practice than a simple rocket building game)
I have no idea how to build a not-explodey ship.

Flawless design!

I think I made it off the planet...
the warp engine is bullshit, it doesn't attach to the craft in any way what so ever
Warp engine?
Link?

Oh god, the mangling of Zarathustra times up with it perfect.
A awesome addition would be communication blackout, if playing on realistic. Because you are supposedly mission control, losing telemetry and astronaut cameras would be kinda cool.

i tried a design like that, didnt work because of the weight of the 4 orange fuel rockets. I really want a way to reinforce things by adding connecters on the inside of it.
This mod adds a decoupler with a fairing. Fits standard LFE. http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/index.php?topic=537.0
This one adds side panels sized to Sunday Punch's 3 meter cones, and a quad parachute adapter. http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/index.php?topic=611.0

Oo I've been wanting something like this.
Anyone have a good re-entry tutorial?
kerbal Space Program V2: Jeb loves fireworks

I'd presume the simplest way is point towards the planet, fire rockets.
And thus, they decided to explore.
Oh, this island looks nice.

And then....

I dub thee, Kaustrailia.

Too bad you cant get little rovers out and drive around.
Maybe after moons are added....
I can't fucking steer. Any tips?

Basically, spin your rocket around, until you have your art. horizon marker on the retrograde heading icon(the green one with the lines inside the circle) and burn.

The main module is light enough to where I can roll around and move. :v:

I never thought of that...
Time to roll around the planet for a while!
Related, just needs a bit of editing.

What is the point in the space station parts? Is it just to add a bit of challenge?
Rated winner though :downs:

ATM only challenge, but docking in space stations is planned. Also its awesome :downs:
