You're talking about the T2 Light tank, an american premium light vehicle.
It has no armor, but the best autocannon in the game and it goes 72Km per hour on flat terrain and uphill about 50.
It's why I call mine the little racecar that could. I got 12 kills in one low tier match with it because the enemy team just couldn't hit me.
Got a T20.

Fully upgraded it's the best T8 medium. But its terrible stock. I miss my T20. It was like a light tank with 90mm M3.
I'm really enjoying arty. Didn't think I would.

Yep. The mesh simply doesn't coincide with the reality anymore. Some bits of the geometry are invisible, some are extra. I am seriously considering stopping using it, because some Lowe just killed my KV-5 due to it. For me he appeared behind impassable terrain. For him, I clearly wasn't.
I figure I should hand out some ranks so that I don't have to accept the applications and all that jazz.
Throw out some names that people think should get ranks and I'll give it to them.
